Album contains photographs relating to the construction of the CANOL oil pipeline in the NWT undertaken by the Bechtel Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd. from 1942 onwards, showing aspects of the CANOL project sites in Prince Rupert, Skagway, Carcross, Whitehorse and Edmonton. Included are photographs of camp construction, tents for men, cookhouse, various tank sites, warehouse and railway sites, men on the construction crews, waterfront views, boats and barges, locomotives, buildings, crews at work, and many bird's eye scenic views.
