Biography / Administrative history
The first agent for the Fisher River Agency in Manitoba was appointed on 29 March 1912. The agency was responsible for bands formerly under the Clandeboye and Norway House agencies. In 1969 the Clandeboye and Fisher River Agencies merged to form the Clandeboye-Fisher River District. Finding aid 10-12: Guide to Indian Bands and Agencies in Western Canada, 1871-1959.
