Biography / Administrative history
The Touchwood Agency, also referred to as Touchwood Hills, was responsible for the bands in the Treaty 4 region of Saskatchewan. The first agent was appointed on 19 October 1886. The File Hills-Qu'Appelle Agency and the Touchwood Agency merged to form the Touchwood-File Hills-Qu'Appelle District Office, Saskatchewan, effective 1 November 1970.
