Biography / Administrative history

The New Brunswick NewStart Corporation was an autonomous corporation established at Richibucto, New Brunswick in 1969. Reporting to the Social and Human Analysis Branch of the Department of Regional Economic Expansion (DREE), the corporation administered and applied Canada NewStart Programs to motivate and train disadvantaged adults for full-time employment.
