Sub-series consists of letterbooks (1233 pages) of the Registrar's Office, with indexes, from Upper Canada, Province of Canada and Canada, 1838-1903. A petition of Richard Tucker, Provincial Registrar, to Charles Bagot, Governor, Province of Canada, is contained in Volume 278, pages 62-91 and annual returns of the Registrar's Office are contained in Volume 295.
