Accession consists of case files from the HQ5 series at Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Each case file contains detailed correspondence and supporting documentation relating to the admission, refusal, exclusion or deportation of the individual involved. Several cases contain records of appeal hearings and transcripts from the Federal and/or Supreme Courts.
