- conserved bound maroon wove album with brownish red leather binding and matching cardboard case (52.0 x 37.3 cm); 56 folios, 17 cropped with wove paper prints attached; first and last folios are attached to covers; front cover bears an attached leather label reading: COLOURED PLATES / TO ACCOMPANY / HERIOT'S TRAVELS / IN THE / CANADAS; front of storage box bears the same label.
