Treaty No. 3, Treaty of the North West Angle, was signed October 3, 1873 with the Saulteaux and Ojibway Indians.
This medal was issuedd to Chief Muskeekee Eyineer, Manitoba Band No. 2, and was damaged in a house fire and a replacement issued May 31, 1912.
Other related works are medal no. 1638, 1646, and wax impressions 1950-2-2M and 1950-2-3M.
