Scope and content

a design for a poster with several symbols depicted: Maltese Cross in front of which is an armed knight holding a sword; above his shoulders are a lion passant and a Unicorn.
A woman in a St. John's Ambulance wartime uniform comforts a prone, bandaged man while a child clings to her shoulder; written in Latin is the motto: Pro Utilitate Hominum.
