Scope and content
This image depicts the reading of addresses in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Addresses were given by the city of Winnipeg, followed by the Archbishop of Rupert's Land (done in the name of the clergy and laity of the Anglican Church) then one from the Archbishop of St. Boniface on behalf of the Roman Catholics of Manitoba and the Northwest Territories. Lastly, the Duke addressed the crowd.
