THE DUTCH CONQUER THE SOIL IN THE FRASER VALLEY - While some men dream only of conquering the moon, others fight for the peaceful conquest of the soil, and their work is producing impressive results. In the valley of the Fraser River, in British Columbia, Dutch experts have used methods well known in Holland to create a polder of 8,000 acres, of which 2,000 are under cultivation.
