Illustrations celebrate the abudance of whales and seals in the Arctic region. Also shows ships, sleigh & reindeer. Includes a dotted line showing the routes that the ships sailed.

Includes 2 bar scales: Miliaria germanica, quorum 15 uni gradui respondent -- Hispanicae leucae 17 1/2 uni, grudui competenticia.

Part of the Alexander E. MacDonald Canadiana Collection purchased by the Public Archives of Canada in 1981.
