Additional information
This accession consists of records created and maintained by the Land Forces Command Board of Inquiry investigating the Command, Control and Leadership of CANBAT2. More specifically, this Board of Inquiry was struck to investigate allegations of misconduct in 1993-94 on the part of CF personnel assigned to ROTO 2 of the Canadian Battalion 2 assigned to the United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR) in Bosnia Herzogovinia. These allegations centred on incidents involving CF members when assigned to the protection of the Bakovici Hospital. The records consist of a copy of the final report of the Board, and documentation created and maintained by the Board in the conduct of its investigation, reporting and follow-up.
