Additional information
Accession consists of files from the Special Survey Division. The files are related to survey work performed by government departments (Information Canada, Environment Canada, Manpower and Immigration, etc) under the 'Ten Respondents Rule'. The 'Ten Respondents Rule' states that government departments performing surveys with more than ten respondents must consult with Statistics Canada to ensure that methodology is correct and work is not duplicated.
