Additional information

Accession consists of Canadian Sickness Survey Household Record Cards from 1950 to 1951. The cards are in booklet form detailing: household information - name of person, occupation, income, environment; individual sickness records - hospital and medical coverage and sickness records; expenditure cards - expenditures in different services such as medical doctors, dentists, nursing care, etc.; and health services not obtained - type of service that could have been obtained free of charge. The records are arranged from east to west by province and therein numerically by sampling unit and household numbers.
