Biography / Administrative history
Andrew Qappik, Inuit artist and printmaker, was born in 1964 in Pangnirtung, Nunavut. In 1999, he helped to design the Nunavut's flag and coat of arms. He is a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts (RCA).
