This record is a temporary record for the sole purpose of migrating orphaned DAPACC file-level records to MIKAN 3. After implementation of MIKAN 3, an employee from the Art and Photo Section will attach the file-level records to the proper descriptive record or switch the hierarchical level indicator as appropriate to Fonds, Collection or Item. After the integration and correction of these file-level records is completed, this record should be deleted.
