This accession is comprised of Department of Justice records relating to conferences and regulations. Subjects include the International Conference on Freedom of Information and of the Press of 1947; the Boundary Waters Treaty of 1909 as it pertains to a project to divert water from the Columbia River into the Fraser River; the International Labour Conferences of 1957, 1958, 1959, 1962, 1963, and 1965; meetings of the Commissioners on Uniformity of Legislation in 1958 and 1959; the Commission on International Rules of Judicial Procedure in the USA; the State Treaty for the Re-establishment of Independent and Democratic Austria; and Pollution of Rivers - Proposed Legislation, Navigable Waters Protection Act.
