Biographie / Histoire administrative
The Fraser River Agency was located in New Westminster, BC between 1881 and 1910. This agency, sometimes known as the "Lower Fraser" Agency, was established by Order-in-Council, 3 April 1881. The agents were P. McTiernan (1881- ), Frank Devlin (1892- ), and R.C. McDonald (1903-1910). The Fraser River Agency was divided into the New Westminster Agency and the Lytton Agency by Order-in-Council P.C. 14/2642 of 23 December 1910.
