Biographie / Histoire administrative

From 1953 until 1967, G.W. Rowley served as coordinator and secretary of the Advisory Committee on Northern Development (ACND) within the Deputy Minister's Office. The position was sometimes termed the Coordinator of Northern Coordination and Research. In 1968 Rowley was appointed Senior Science Advisor to the Deputy Minister. RG22 General Inventory
