This accession is an amalgamation of two VFRC accessions which were combined following screening by the department. The first two boxes in this accession come from V-94-0403. The rest of the accession appears to be a mix of the two VFRC accessions. The accession consists of housekeeping and immigration case files from the Canada Immigration Centres in Surrey, New Westminster and Vancouver Metro. There are central registry records from New Westminster, cost recovery reconciliations from Surrey and New Westminster and leave forms from New Westminster. The accession also consists of immigration case files (for both individuals and organizations), including some from the XY series. Each case file contains detailed correspondence pertaining to the individual, application or situation. Some files contain photographs of the individuals and while most of the documentation consists of generic forms, they still provide a lot of information about the immigration application, appeal and inquiry process.
