This accession consists of personal immigration case files considered to be precedent-setting, unusual, high-priority or that meet the criteria of being multi-volume or "fat". Each file typically contains the invididual's application form with supporting documentation, correspondence and comments from immigration officers and in some cases, Federal Court and Immigration Refugee Board documents. Some cases contain research reports, analysis and news clippings.
