This series contains sketches, drafts, manuscripts, annotated copies and copies of compositions by Chatman for keyboard, various other solo instruments, voice, choir, chamber ensemble, band, orchestra, orchestra with soloist(s), orchestra with choir, and opera; correspondence; a contract; concert programmes; texts and notes. His works include Proud Music of the Storm, Prairie Dawn - Concerto for Clarinet and String Orchestra with Harp, Outer Voices, Per Aspera ad Astra, Tara's Dream, Grouse Mountain Lullaby, Songs of a Prospector and Crimson Dream.
