Includes following note: " The area enclosed in red shows the boundaries of Keeawtin as recommned in Order-in-Council of Dec 18, 1897, except that a narrow strip of the former district of Athabaska, lying between long. 100°W and 102°W, has been added. As no subsequent legistation was had these boundaries are wthout legal authority and are only used for convience of description."
Following note appears on map "Accompanying: Place Names in Northern Canada by James White, F.R.S.C., F.R.G.S."
