Reflections on a Capital Photographer

The Topley Collection

If you want to see an original image by the Topley Studio that has not yet been digitized, you must order the photographic material from Reference Services, and make an appointment through them for a viewing. Because of the potential for damage in transporting the glass plate negatives, these materials can be viewed only at the Library and Archives Canada Preservation Centre, Gatineau, Quebec, with the assistance of LAC personnel.
