What is Update Locations on AMICUS Web?

This function allows libraries to add, revise, or delete their own holdings in AMICUS Web. Libraries using this function can update holdings only; they cannot create or edit bibliographic data. If a new bibliographic record or change to bibliographic data is required, it can only be done by the Union Catalogue.

Who should use Update Locations?

Libraries that cannot send machine-readable accessions (MARA) in MARC format to the Union Catalogue.
