On-line Research Aids for Military Records:
- British Military and Naval Records (RG 8 Index) 1757-1906
- Medals, Honours and Awards
- Soldiers of the First World War - Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF)
- New data added to the index to personnel service files of over 600,000 men and women enlisted as soldiers, nurses and chaplains in the CEF. Includes most of the original Attestation papers; as copies are purchased, the resulting digital files are gradually added to LAC's website.
