Launch of the Library and Archives Canada podcast series

Gatineau, February 8, 2012 — Library and Archives Canada (LAC) is pleased to announce the release of the new podcast series, Discover Library and Archives Canada: Your History, Your Documentary Heritage

Developed and produced by the Resource Discovery Sector at LAC, the series showcases treasures from our vaults and explores topics such as Aboriginal peoples, transportation, immigration, genealogy, government, as well as military and peacekeeping.

With new episodes released monthly, the podcasts will guide you through our many services and introduce you to the people who acquire, safeguard and make known Canada’s rich documentary heritage.
