Festival Canada fonds.  - 1966-1967.  - 10 cm of textual records. 

Administrative history
Festival directed by Nicholas Goldschmidt as part of the centennial celebrations of the Canadian Confederation.  Canadian tours were organized with the participation of, among others, the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, the National Ballet of Canada, the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, Don Messer and His Islanders, Gordon Lightfoot and Sylvia Tyson. 

Scope and content
The fonds contains records pertaining to the activities of Festival Canada:  scrapbooks consisting of press clippings and one poster. 

Immediate source of acquisition:  acquired from the Ottawa Public Library in 1985.
