Hunger and malnutrition in Canadian children
In this issue Lynn McIntyre and colleagues report on the prevalence of hunger among Canadian children, using data from the 1994 National Longitudinal Survey of Children and Youth (page 961). Commentator Laird Birmingham calls for physicians to be more suspicious of hunger and malnutrition in their patients (page 985). (Art Explosion; design: Carole Lalonde)
