Do potential benefits of chemoprophylaxis outweigh the harms?
Inuit infants in the Baffin Region have a very high rate of severe lower respiratory tract infections, often requiring mechanical ventilation, according to a study by Anna Banerji and colleagues (page 1847). The authors call for public health attention to this issue.
